Thailand Visa Finder is an independent, free tool published on thaivisafinder.com by Genext Information Systems ("we", "us"). We take a minimalist approach to data: we collect as little as possible, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
Almost nothing about you personally. The Visa Finder runs entirely in your browser. The answers you give the questionnaire are used on your device to generate your result — they are not sent to our servers, sold, or used to build a profile of you. The only things saved are on your own device: your theme choice (light/dark), your cookie preferences, and, where offered, your last result — kept in your browser's local storage and never transmitted to us. You control these from Cookie Settings or your browser.
Advertising & cookies
With your consent, Thailand Visa Finder displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Google is a third-party vendor that uses cookies — including the DoubleClick/DART cookie — to serve and measure ads, and to show ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google and its partners may collect and use data as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. If you are in the EEA or UK, Google's certified consent tool asks for your choice about ad personalisation before personalised ads are shown; without consent you may still see non-personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings and manage your choice any time in our Cookie Settings — see our Cookie Policy for full details.
Analytics
We do not currently run third-party analytics or tracking pixels. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Third-party services
We load web fonts from Google Fonts, serve ads via Google AdSense, and link out to official Thai government sources and to our sister sites (ThaiThuk, ThaiHolidayBudget, ThaiLetters, ThaiLotteryNumbers and ThaiTripPlanner). These providers and sites have their own privacy policies. We don't share your personal data with them, because for the most part we don't hold any.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal data, we don't require an account to use the tool, and we don't track you beyond the consented advertising described above.
Your rights & contact
Because we hold little to no personal data, there is usually nothing to request — but you can clear on-device storage and cookies at any time through your browser or our Cookie Settings. For any privacy question, contact the operator, Genext Information Systems, via our Contact page. We honour applicable rights under Thailand's PDPA, the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or the law evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
